OnFlyCV provides an AI-powered resume and CV tailoring service. We use Artificial Intelligence to analyze your master profile against job descriptions to generate customized CVs. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, or any specific career outcomes as a result of using our generated CVs.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in your master profile is accurate and truthful. You agree not to use the service to generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading resumes. You retain all rights to the content you upload, but you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of OnFlyCV require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. AI models can sometimes hallucinate or generate inaccurate information. We do not warrant that the AI-generated content will be perfectly accurate or error-free. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing your CV before submission to any employer.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OnFlyCV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms of Service.
